Jerry is CTM’s senior finance and tax executive. He has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and serves both public and private companies.
Jerry’s professional experience includes planning and consulting for large, middle-market and early-stage companies, merger and acquisition transaction structuring and due diligence. His industry experience includes financial services, real estate, oil & gas, and technology. Jerry also has significant experience in the areas of tax planning for U.S. multi-national companies in structuring their foreign operations to minimize worldwide effective tax rate and inbound consulting for foreign multi-national corporations. In addition, Jerry has significant experience in dealing with equity-based compensation and related matters.
Jerry received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi, Texas. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a past member of the Texas and California Societies of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on the board of the Accounting Career Awareness Program, Business Invest in Growth and CARITAS of Austin. Jerry currently serves as a trusted advisor to several early-stage companies.
