Clark is CTM’s engagement partner for the audits of numerous insurance companies.
He has over fifteen years of progressive audit and tax experience in public accounting including significant experience with GAAP and statutory audits of property & casualty insurance companies, life, accident & health insurance companies as well as Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO). Clark’s thorough knowledge of statutory accounting principles is complimented by his experience with the formation and taxation of captive insurance companies and the preparation of NAIC Annual and Quarterly Statements.
Clark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.
Clark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently a certified public accountant in the states of Texas, Colorado, Virginia and California.
